A little bit about the opportunity…

Sat right in the middle of a buzzing Battersea pocket, this single-floor bar punches well above its weight. After 5pm, it fills fast with the after-work crowd and come the weekend it’s busy with people who came for “just one” and stayed!

But here’s the thing, it’s not just a party bar. It’s got roots. A loyal crowd. Familiar faces. A proper community feel. And there’s still plenty of room to grow. We want someone who can lean into that local love, build on it, and take it somewhere bigger. Someone who knows how to turn a great night into a habit.

A little bit about you...

We’re looking for a General Manager who knows South West London like the back of their hand. You get the crowd, you get the pace, and you know exactly how to turn a first timer into a regular who brings their mates next time. You’ve got that natural pull, people want to come back because you’ve set the tone.

You’re sharp with the numbers, but you’re not glued to a spreadsheet. You know how to drive performance, spot opportunities, and push the business forward without losing the vibe on the floor. You bring ideas, energy, and a bit of edge. You’re just as comfortable in the middle of a packed bar as you are digging into margins and targets.

If you’re the kind of leader who can keep the drinks flowing, the team fired up, and the atmosphere exactly where it needs to be, this is your stage.
